SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing

Express Shipping: $15.00
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

WARM-WEATHER SHIPPING

To protect the quality, texture, and piped presentation of our body butter, we do not ship body butter during periods of warm weather. Body butter shipping may be temporarily paused when temperatures could affect the integrity of the product during transit.

If weather conditions become unsuitable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to discuss holding the order until conditions improve or issuing a refund. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure that every product arrives in the condition intended.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within three days of delivery at RoAndRayn@gmail.com. Include your order number and photographs of the package and product so we can assist you.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, R&R Scentsational LLC is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. However, please contact us so we can help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
